These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Genesis Breast Screening website and services, including scheduling and payment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Services

Genesis Breast Screening provides self-pay breast ultrasound screening services using ABUS technology.

These services are intended for screening purposes and are not a substitute for diagnostic medical care.

Payment Policy (IMPORTANT)

• Full payment is required at the time of scheduling
• Payment is required to request an appointment time
• Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed

Once payment is completed:

• Your requested appointment time will be reviewed
• You will receive confirmation once the appointment is scheduled

Genesis Breast Screening reserves the right to adjust appointment timing if necessary, with notification to the patient.

No Insurance Billing

Genesis Breast Screening is a self-pay service.

• We do not bill insurance
• Patients are responsible for full payment at the time of booking

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Requests made within 48 hours may be subject to forfeiture of payment

At our discretion:

• We may allow rescheduling without penalty in certain circumstances

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in:

• Loss of payment
• Requirement to pay again to rebook

Refund Policy

All payments are considered final once the appointment is confirmed.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Medical Disclaimer

Genesis Breast Screening provides screening services only.

• This service does not replace mammography
• This is not a diagnostic evaluation
• Patients with symptoms or concerns should consult a physician

Limitation of Liability

Genesis Breast Screening is not liable for:

• Delays or scheduling changes
• Outcomes related to medical interpretation
• Issues arising from third-party platforms
